Returns & Quality Guarantee
Because every item we create is custom-made specifically for your brand, team, or project, custom-embroidered, printed, or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged once production is complete. The branding is permanent and these items cannot be resold. We urge all clients to double-check spelling, sizing charts, and thread colors during the approval phase.
